Papa a la Huancaina
For 8 people
8 yellow potatos
8 leaves of lettuce
8 black olives
8 pieces of corn
2 lemons
2 unseeded peppers
1 onion
250 grams of fresh cheese
1 cup of oil
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
1/2 tsp palillo molido (for color)

Lomo Saltado
For 6 people
500 grams of beef loin
250 grams of onion
3 white potatoes
3 tomatoes
1 fresh pepper
3T vinegar
1t. Ground garlic

Cut up the meat into small pieces, fry in oil. Remove from frying pan. Cut potatoes into the shape of french fries and cook in the same oil.
